Since you are already working so u must hv registered yourself. For studying abroad you first need to be registered in your own country and then u can apply. Most of the countries abroad hv a stringent process for higher studies in medical so choose the country first. Engineering is considered to be most fruitful degree if you are from 12 non-medical background. There is no best course to do as such. You also have other options like B.Sc, designing and animation, interior and fashion. If you perform well in whichever course you are that will give you a good scope in future. Also the university plays a vital role to give your career a kick start. So choose a college with good placement record -

it is easy just choose your intrested stream because where we are interested, we do not have to concentrate on it, concentrate happens automatically that's why work in your intersted stream or field.
