go to internshala or of the summer internships are open then it will be available in their website.
in my point of view to do internship in MNC's an intern has to apply three-four months prior.

No and B.ed is not required if you want to be a computer teacher. to teach traditional subject you should do major in that subject only Such as BA English, BA B.Sc Mathematics, BA History, BA Geography etc. There is no computer specialisation in B.Ed hence there is no seat for BCA graduates

You can make a good career in teaching, there are so many private and government Institutes that needs good teachers, it is not only about earning money but also earning respect. Try for government schools and colleges. Moreover you can teach students at home. Hope it will help you to take a decision.

Here is the suggested plan, modify as per your need.
1. Get your basics right with NCERT for grade 11 and 12 for physics, chem and bio.
2. Take a mock test of medical entrance like AIPMT and check where you stand and how much more is required.
3. Join coaching to stay regular with your studies and you learn how to answer precisely.
4. Take lot of mock tests before exam.
