New Zealand comes under few best countries for education. If you are planning to pursue masters, ensure the following
1. English Language Requirements for Education in New Zealand
All students must be fluent in English language if they are to succeed at university in New Zealand. There are many courses available at public and private institutions in New Zealand and elsewhere to assist international students reach the required level of English language competence. TOEFL/ IELTS band of 6.0/6.5 for undergraduate & 6.5 / 7.5 for postgraduate courses is desirable.
2. Documents for Admission in New Zealand Universities
Documents needed for making an application are resume, statement of purpose, marksheets & certificates of X, XII, till Graduation or relevant degree transcripts in specific cases, Certificates of extra curricular activities and passport copy, birth certificate & 2 reference letters from colleges & employers.
3. You will be given student visa and after six months you may start off campus work with 20 hours a week limit. One year extended visa is given to the students to search for a job.

You hvnt mentioned your educational qualification, here are the details:
It has 4 levels, CPT, IPCC, Articleship and CA final.
You may register with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for Common Proficiency Test (CPT) after passing class 10th examination.
Appear for CPT examination after appearing in 10+2 examination and after completion of period of at least 60 days from the date of registration for CPT with the Board of Studies as on the first day of the month in which examination is to be held, viz., students registered on or before 1st April/1st October will be eligible to appear in June/December examination, as the case may be.
After this you complete your IPCC (group I & group II ) exam and work under a CA for your Articleship for 3 years. Last step would be to register and clear final exam to be a CA.
