Techno India University offers state-mandated seat reservation policy. Candidates can check below the reservation offered as per West Bengal reservation policy: 

  • SC: 22%
  • ST: 6%
  • OBC-A / OBC-B: 10% and 7% (Non-Creamy Layer)
  • EWS: 10%
  • PwD: 5%
  • TFW (Tuition Fee Waiver): Additional quota available for students whose family income is below ₹2.5 Lakhs per annu

I don't think there is any seat reservation option in Techno India University you can get the admission if you have above 60% marks in 10th or 12th exams also there is a certain time when the admissions are open.
