It is very nice to hear from you that you are interested in pursuing your M Tech in information technology. This, of course, is the branch which is preferred by the majority of students and hence there will be tough competition. Due to this, it's difficult to guess as to at what score of GATE 2020 admission will close in different colleges. If they provide integrated course then definitely you can apply. The integrated M.Sc. + B.Ed in chemistry, the process is you have to appear for CUCET and admission is based on the counseling and score obtained in CUCET. The total number of seats for M.Sc (Integrated) in TEZU are 22. Hence, if you belongs to general category your rank should be under 10. While for OBCs rank should be below the 36(As per TUEE 2019 merit list).
Further, university declares only TUEE ranks instead of cutoff marks.

As far as I know, you can not pursue both the courses at the same time. you will have to complete your ma first or can switch to BEd whatever suits your choice or your career aim.
