The eligibility criteria for Thapar University state that you need to have a minimum aggregate score with mandatory subjects for the course you are selecting. Thus, if that one subject does not have the aggregate board marks but is among the mandatory subjects for the course, then you may not get admission at Thapar University.

Candidates wishing to apply online for admission to TIET Patiala must visit the official website of Thapar University. The university provides four-year full-time BE/B.Tech courses at the undergraduate level. Indeed, TIET takes into account both legitimate JEE Main results and Class 12 marks for admission to BE/B.Tech programmes. A merit list will be created based on the scores obtained in the admission exam.
