Mr. Guru,
Both PGDM and MBA are given equal opportunities in placements, course selection, campus life, curriculum and training. Since TSM is upbringing PGDM as a flagship program, the students are given extra care. Being an MBA student in the campus I have never felt any in-difference in the way we are treated or opportunities put forward for us.

Hi. Since your leave requirement is a genuine one, you can request the Dean for taking leave. But remember, you have to maintain 85% attendance in all subjects, or else you would lose a Grade. Therefore for subjects with 27 sessions, you can take 4 days leave, i.e. 23/27*100 = 85% is maintained. Similarly, you can calculate for other subjects and take your leave accordingly.

It depends. Earlier into the course, you will be getting leave every weekend. Later on, there will be classes on Saturdays, but hardly on Sundays. You will be having some Guest Lectures on Sundays.

Hi Praveen,
In any B-school, you are expected to go through an entrance test. But if you have not applied or got through any of the aptitude exams, then it's my personal advice for you to take TANCET exam, through which you could try admission in our college. We have 50% of MBA seats reserved for candidates appearing through the same. Also you would be selected based on cutoff in TANCET's cumulative score.
Regards,
Ashwanth
