Candidates seeking admission to the SVIMS Tirupati BSc course cannot get direct admission to the programme. The institute accepts the rank and scores obtained by candidates in the Andhra Pradesh EAPCET.  

Candidates seeking admission to the BSc programme must have the following documents ready before completing the SVIMS Tirupati BSc application process:

• Aadhaar Card
• AP EAPCET rank card and hall ticket
• Class 10 marks memo and passing certificate
• Class 12 marks memo and passing certificate
• Passport size Photograph

Students who are pursuing the BSc programme at SVIMS Tirupati can avail scholarships offered by the respective welfare authorities of the Government of Andhra Pradesh. These SVIMS Tirupati BSc scholarships can be availed by SC/ ST/ BC/ PwD/ EBC/ EWS minority category students. The eligibility of the scholarship and the amount for reimbursement of fee is decided by the social welfare officer after verifying the original documents on the day of the counselling.

According to the NIRF report for the year 2023 for SVIMS Tirupati BSc placements, 214 UG programme students were placed during SVIMS Tirupati placements with the median package of INR 2.01 LPA.

Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences accepts the rank and score of Andhra Pradesh EAPCET (Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agricultural and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test) for admission to its BSc programme in all the specialisations.

AP EAMCET will be an online computer-based test. The examination will be conducted in the morning and afternoon session. A total of 160 multiple choice questions will be asked in the AP EAMCET 2024. There will be 40 questions from Physics and Chemistry. There will be 80 questions from Mathematics. 

Candidates who get admission to the BSc programme across any of the specialisation must pay the SVIMS Tirupati BSc fees in the final step of the admission process as mentioned below:

The student must have obtained more than 60% aggregate score (General), 55% (OBC) and 50% (SC/ST/Divine Body) or equivalent grade. Students must have opted for the subject i.e. Sanskrit/Pali in the present class of study for which they have applied for the scholarship. The university has the right to withdraw or disqualify any student to draw the scholarship at any point of time due to misbehavior.

There are several documents required at the time of NSU application process. The general documents requirement includes provisional/original pass certificates of the last qualifying examination, score obtained in each examination right from Matriculation/SSC/OSLC to the last qualifying examination, date of birth certificate, study certificate, caste certificate, conduct certificate.
