You don't need a teacher or partner. Just use your mobile phone recorder for TOEFL Speaking practice. Talk to yourself on simple topics and listen to your recording to catch mistakes. It is the fastest way to improve.

Please don't buy any heavy TOEFL prep books now, you cannot finish them. The best TOEFL study material for short time is official ETS free resources and YouTube videos. Big books will only make you more confuse and stress.

Yes, it is possible if your basic English is good. You don't need months if you focus only on understanding the TOEFL exam format. Just follow the 7 day study plan honestly and you can get a decent score.
