No, the registration fee for the TOEFL Home Edition is also INR 16,900, the same as the regular TOEFL iBT taken at a test center. There are no fees changes in TOEFL iBT Home Edition or the test centre version.

Candidates can request a score review of your TOEFL iBT Writing and/or Speaking section up to 30 days after you take the test. The TOEFL fee for score review is INR 7,900 per section.

The fees ro reschedule the TOEFL test date is INR 5,900 INR. Candidates must note that the TOEFL rescheduling must be done at least 4 full days before the test date.

The steps to register for TOEFL exam can be checked below:
- Visit the ETS TOEFL website
- Click on “Register” or “Find Test Centers and Dates”
- Select your country
- Choose your preferred test date
- Choose test center or Home Edition
- Select a time slot
- Create or log in to your ETS account
- Complete your profile
- Pay the registration fee
