Hello Mr. Sam,
You can surely join MBA in travel and tourism but then what will be the importance of doing engineering and then MBA in travel and tourism?
If you think you can do great in travel and tourism then surely go for it but your 69.7% will be of no use for the MBA. Both are totally different fields and you might be able to justify the use of engineering in PG, but not always.

Actually the course that offers graduation in travel and tourism, hotel management, hospital management, event management and sports management is BBA degree.
Also, the scope for such course is very good.
There are various opportunities in these fields and the pay is also good.

It is an upcoming field whose future is uncertain as compared to the core MBA fields. But there are a few institutes that are excellent and offer great opportunities, such as Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management, Bhubaneshwar. There are many job opportunities and you can start your business too. But make sure that your communication is strong as it is a needed skill in this sector.

There are many colleges as well as institute for this. I would let you one name in this field which is Thomas Cook center of learning which have good brand value and is very good hold on subjects. You can also consider doing a MBA in tourism and hotel management then you should go for the institutes like Institute for Hotel Management (IHM). They provide appropriate courses and proper practical knowledge in this domain.
