Bharathidasan Institute of Management, Tiruchirappalli (known by its abbreviation BIM-Trichy) is an Indian business school established in 1984 in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India. In the past years, part-time MBA has gained more popularity. It uplifts a candidates resume and improves chances of getting managerial roles. IIM Trichy PGPBM course (part-time) is specifically designed for working executives. A part-time MBA from IIM Trichy is a good option as the candidates get a tag of being IIM alumni. In NIRF 2025 rankings, the institute has secured 16th spot in the Management category.
However, comparing it to a full-time course, the latter wins over any time. Hence, candidate is advised to go for a part-time MBA only if they cannot opt for the regular programme.

Trichy SRM Medical College is one of the best private medical colleges in the country. With a beautiful atmosphere and infrastructure, the college maintains a student friendly environment.
The college also provides in campus internship which is rare in private medical colleges .
While, SRM Medical College Hospital and Research Centre is equally good . It's fair to say that Trichy SRM Medical College is as good as the former.

Both the colleges are good for pursuing medicinal studies. However, SRM Medical College Hospital and Research Centre is better in terms of connectivity with other hospital and universities. SRM college has collaborated with many universities and colleges, which results to various seminars and medical workshop for students to gain experience from . As we all know, MBBS is a degree for practical experience more than theoretical ones.
So, SRM Medical College Hospital and Research Centre is better for pursuing MBBS than Trichy SRM Medical College.

There are 60 seats for students pursuing B.Sc in Trichy SRM Medical College. Admission in B.Sc can be done directly without any entrance examination except for a score of 50 percent (40 for the reserved categories) in class 12th in PCB stream from a recognised Educational Board.
