The MBA programme at ICFAI University Tripura is a two-year course, which is divided into four semesters. Candidates enrolled in the course must study a total of 28 subjects in the two years of the course duration. There is also a summer internship programme that the candidates go through after the end of the first year. Tripura Institute of Technology is a government institution under the Department of Higher Education, Government of Tripura. It is recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated with Tripura University, a central University. But there is no specific recognition by the UGC for TIT's courses. The UGC approval is typically required to grant degrees which TIT don't have.
