Yes, a residence certificate is needed for the counselling process of TS EAMCET. As per the official notification, a candidate needs to provide a residence certificate for a period of 7 years preceding the qualifying examination in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education. Therefore, if a candidate has been living in Telangana for 17 years but has not taken any institutionalized education, then a residence certificate will be required for the counselling process of TS EAMCET. It is recommended to obtain the residence certificate before the counselling process to avoid any last-minute hassles.

It seems that there are several factors that determine whether a student with a rank of 53647 in TS EAMCET can get a seat for engineering. Some of these factors include:

  • The availability of seats in engineering colleges in Telangana
  • The minimum qualifying TS EAMCET Cut off 2023, which is currently set at 25%
  • Whether the student is a local or non-local candidate

While it is difficult to say for certain whether a student with a rank of 53647 can get a seat for engineering, there are some indications that it may be possible. For example, a student with a rank of 29011 was able to get a seat in Marri Laxman Reddy Institute of Technology

Your chances of getting a government college in Telangana with a TS EAMCET rank of 7375 and BC category from Andhra Pradesh are slim. However, there are a few things you can do to increase your chances:

  • Apply for the management quota. The management quota is a way for students to get admission to a college without having to compete in the merit-based admission process. However, the management quota is usually very competitive, and you will need to have a high TS EAMCET rank to be considered.
  • Apply for the spot round. The spot round is a round of admission that is held after the main admission process. In the spot round, college
