PJTSAU accepts EAMCET scores for admissions to its BSc Hons in Agriculture and BSc in Community Science. Students are required to appear for EAMCET (conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, KAKINADA on behalf of APSCHE) and submit their EAMCET scores while filling the PJTSAU application form. The EAMCET exam is usually conducted in the month of May.

The eligibility criteria include that the candidate must be an Indian citizen and must acquire the domicile certificate of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana.
