Yes, you can appear for counselling in phase 1 of TS EAMCET even if you have a compartment in maths in class 12th. However, you will need to submit an undertaking stating that you will clear the compartment exam before the start of the academic year. If you do not clear the compartment exam, your admission will be cancelled.
The following are the steps you need to follow to appear for counselling in phase 1 of TS EAMCET with a compartment in maths:
1. Register for counselling online.
2. Pay the counselling fee.
3. Upload your documents, including your compartment undertaking.

According to my perspective, The TS EAMCET exam does not have a separate quota for sports. However, some colleges may have a sports quota for admission to certain courses. To know more about the sports quota and admission process in a particular college, you can visit the college's official website or contact the admission office.

Based on your EAMCET rank of 76177, it is unlikely that you will secure a free seat (tuition fee waiver) in top-ranked colleges like NIT Warangal or Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Science (KITS) in Warangal. However, there may be opportunities for admission in other private or government engineering colleges in Warangal, depending on the availability of seats and the reservation policies. It's recommended to check the official TS EAMCET website and the websites of individual colleges for the most accurate and up-to-date information on cutoff ranks and admission procedures.
