Two separate TS POLYCET rank lists are published for the candidate who appeared for POLYCET. Candidates can opt to study Diploma Courses offered by SBTET (or) Courses offered by PJTSAU (or) PVNRTVU (or) SKLTSHU. MPC Rank will be issued to students who desire to take admission into Diploma Courses in Polytechnics affiliated to SBTET. MBiPC Rank will be issued to the students who desire to take admission into courses offered by PJTSAU, SKLTSHU, and PVNRTVU Diploma Courses based on marks obtained in Math, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

All questions are of multiple choice type in TS POLYCET exam. Each question will have a stem and four answers noted against as 1,2,3 and 4. Out of these four, only one is an appropriate answer to the statement given in stem and the other three are distractors. The stem is given both in Telugu and English. The distractors are also given in both languages whenever necessary. All correct responses (Answers) to the questions must be entered by shading/darkening the circle/oval on the OMR response Sheet provided separately for this purpose. TS POLYCET 2025 exam is held in offline mode. Candidates shall mark the correct answers in the Optical Mark Reader (OMR) response sheet by shading in Dark the appropriate circle with HB pencil only. They should not use Ball-pen for this purpose, under any circumstances. However, candidates have to use Ball Point Pen (Blue or Black) to fill in details such as the name of the candidate, hall ticket number, name of the examination center, date of examination, candidate’s signature on side 1 of OMR Sheet. The qualifying marks for Polytechnics Courses officer by SBTET is 30% of 120 marks i.e., 36 Marks in Maths, Physics, Chemistry put together. On the other hand, the qualifying marks for Agricultural Polytechnics of Proof. Jayashankar Agricultural University, Hyderabad, and Veterinary Polytechnics of P.V. Candidates of all categories (OC/EWS/BC/SC/ST/MINORITY), have to book their slots (Selection of Help Line Centre, Date & Time) to attend certificate verification at the nearest or convenient Help Line Centre (HLC) within the scheduled date.
