No, the student visa must be cancelled after competion of graduation. Students who wish to stay in the UAE after graduation, will need to apply for a different UAE visa (employment or tourist).

Yes, the Uni Stirling student services department supports students with regards to the UAE student visa. Students who hold an admission offer are required to courier the documents listed below to POIE by July 21:
- Copy of passport (valid for 6 months following application)
- Recent passport style photograph
- Verified Higher Secondary School Certificate
After document verification, an applicaton will be submitted to the UAE Immigration Department. Get in touch with the Uni Stirling admissions team via email or visit stir.ae to know more.

Students applying for a Student Visa to the UAE will have to pay a visa fee of AED 295 or INR 7.2 K. The student visa will be valid for upto the duration of the course or 5 years, whichever is less. Students would need to request their university to apply for a visa on their behalf.
The university usually sponsors the one-year rewneable visa, and would ask you to submit the required documents like passport, offer letter, proof of funds, and a medical test.

According to UAE Labour Law, it is illegal for person to work in UAE without work permit. Different types of work permits are issued by MoHRE which depend on nature of job. One of these is Golden visa also known as long term residence visa. It is advised to check terms and conditions before applying for work permit.
