Yes, you can access Udemy offline, but there are a couple of restrictions:
Courses are downloadable for offline viewing through the Udemy app on mobile devices.
They may not be viewed offline directly on a desktop or laptop. However, you may download lectures on these devices with the instructor's approval.
Udemy Business users may download courses via the app, but restrictions may exist depending on their organization's policies.

Please note that Q&A support from the instructor and direct messaging are usually not possible with free courses. Yes, you will continue to have access to your Udemy course even after completing it as long as your account status is active and Udemy retains a licence for the respective course. You can go through relevant content or participate in the entire programme whenever you want. Udemy gives lifetime access to all courses bought, based on whether they were purchased in full or at a coupon price.
