Hi,
The UGC guidelines will soon be issued for the opening of the colleges as well as the related exams. It is then only that the universities will start functioning properly. But colleges like LPU are working in the online mode in order to check that the education of the students do not suffer. It has also started online admission processes to facilitate education. There are some other colleges too which function online. Thanks.
