First of all, salute to your courage that you cleared your B.Tech till lasts, as there are many more who left it incomplete within 2 or 3 years. You are eligible to MS if you have B.Tech degree but for scholarship it depends on your grades and college of Masters, you are going to join.
All the best.

Please create a good profile in your work. Take a couple of years. Have some good projects. And, then apply. 58 is indeed a huge number. So, basically you need to cover that up by some other credentials involving GRE TOEFL etc.

One basic requirement is to take the language proficiency test and you must have good grades in your previous degree. Oxford does not entertain any admission applications that are low in grades.

You can do your masters in Canada provided you do not have any backlogs. There are best universities both in Canada and in UK. To know which one suits you the best and to know the requirements and policies, you can check with Shelldreams Overseas company.

Yes, you can get admission. You must have 1-2 research papers published or a good project work, and a 12-15 month job experience would add a great value to your resume. But remember, your GRE scores should be good enough to get admission without any fuss.

Hi,
I am also planning to study in UK for my undergraduate degree. For study in the UK, you want to take at least 6.5 band in IELTS with 6.0 band, you can't study in UK.
