UCW send out the offer letters after 15-20 working days after the processing of the application. But, this depends on the applications received by this university. At time, UCW can take up to 6-8 weeks to announce the admission decision. 

The Student return policy will apply to students who leave a course before the drop-add deadline and receive a return of their course expenses. A student is still responsible for paying the financial penalty as specified by the Calendar if they drop a course after the drop-add deadline.

In order to secure admission in the University Canada West, a cumulative GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.33 scale) or better in a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university or successful completion of UCW’s MBA Foundation (MBAF) with a GPA of 3.00 is required.
