With this IELTS scores, you are definitely eligible for the university. But, can you also tell us about your academic scores in Bachelors, as canada is immensely inclined towards the academic scores. You should have the academic scores of above 60 percent.

You need to apply through OUAC for University of Toronto and Waterloo while UBC has a separate application. IELTS or TOEFL can be taken by December or earlier to make sure your application is complete. Try and complete your applications with all 3 universities before December 1st week in order to meet early applications/financial deadlines.

To pursue M.Sc. In CSE, you need to qualify GRE. If you qualify GRE. Then you need to do online counselling. After that, you can take admission in this college.

Hi Mustafa, its better you email them and ask. Its a university related question and all such matters must be clarified directly from the university. Drop them an email, they will respond. If they are flexible they will allow you to submit the form but it won't be evaluated till you submit your transcripts and TOEFL score. Check if you can submit marksheets for now.

B.Sc degree in Economics is offered by UBC Okanagan Campus. The Vancouver campus has a BA degree. Please decide what you are looking for firstly.
