Hi Mustafa, its better you email them and ask. Its a university related question and all such matters must be clarified directly from the university. Drop them an email, they will respond. If they are flexible they will allow you to submit the form but it won't be evaluated till you submit your transcripts and TOEFL score. Check if you can submit marksheets for now.

B.Sc degree in Economics is offered by UBC Okanagan Campus. The Vancouver campus has a BA degree. Please decide what you are looking for firstly. You can enroll yourself into a one year PG Diploma course or complete the first year of a M.Sc course in India to suffice for the 16 year education requirement. Usually this works out. But, you must check with the University first for Specific Rules. Please write to UBC and check.

To be considered for the UBC, MBA applicants must have completed a Bachelor's degree with above 70%, have atleast 2-years of work experience, have a valid GMAT score and must take the IELTS or TOEFL.
