Undergraduate Applicants

  • The applicants applying to the undergraduate courses of UCM must have a 2.0 high-school GPA or above in order to be admitted. If the applicant has taken undergraduate coursework, then the cumulative GPA of the undergraduate coursework must be a 2.0 or high

Graduate Applicants

  • To take admission to UCM graduate courses, the applicants are required to have a bachelor’s degree from either a US regionally accredited 4-year institution or an international institution that upon transcript evaluation is equivalent to a 4-year regionally

The University of Central Missouri acceptance rate is around 71%. The acceptance rate of UCM suggests that its a somewhat selective university. So, to get into this university, the applicants with decent marks can take admission. For admission to UCM UG courses, high school or secondary school education must be completed. Furthermore, for admission to Graduate courses, the applicants should have a Bachelor's degree.

Given below are the University of Central Missouri admission requirements for MS in Computer Information Systems and Information Technology:

  1. A bachelor's degree
  2. A minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.5
  3. GMAT / GRE is optional with 2.5+ years of work experience in the IT field
  4. GRE / GMAT is optional for people with a degree in CIS / IT from AACSB accredited programme with high GPA
  5. A minimum score of 290 in GRE or GMAT score of 500. Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis
