The University of Central Missouri admissions requirements for undergraduate and graduate applicants are given below:

Undergraduate Applicants

• Class 12 or Standard XII board exam results as issued by the Examination Board
• Transcripts are needed from any university or college that the applicants have attended or are now attending – even if they do not want transfer credit
• Proof of English language proficiency

Graduate Applicants

• For admission to graduate courses of UCM, the applicants must be awarded a bachelor’s degree from either a US regionally accredited or an international institute that upon transcript evaluation is equivalent to a 4-year regionally accredited institution
• Proof of English language proficiency
• Any other test scores (if applicable)
• Starting from the Spring 2024 intake, the University of Central Missouri is no longer accepting 3-year bachelor’s degrees for admission to master’s courses
• The applicants are required to provide all individual mark sheets and either a provisional certificate or an original degree. If the applicants are in their last semester or year, then UCM requires mark sheets through at least their 6th semester (or 7th if available)
• Transcripts are required from any university or college that the applicants have attended or are now attending – even if they do not want transfer credit

To get admission to UCM, the applicants need to follow the below-given application steps:

1. First of all, complete the UCM undergraduate admissions application and pay the non-refundable UCM application fee which is USD 75
2. Then, send international transcripts. Submit the English translated unofficial transcripts from all attended secondary or post-secondary institutions or attended colleges and universities for evaluation
3. Next, submit all the supporting materials to International Student Services at UCM. The documents include passport photocopy, financial documents, test scores, etc.

The admission requirements for international students vary as per the student type and the type of degree i.e. undergraduate or graduate degree. However, the general admission requirements are specified below:

• Undergraduate Degree: The applicants must have a 2.0 high school GPA or above in order to be admitted to UCM
• Graduate Degree: The applicants are required to have a bachelor’s degree from an international institution that upon transcript evaluation is equivalent to a four-year regionally accredited institution. If students have graduate coursework, then they must have a graduate GPA of 3.0 or higher in order to be admitted to a graduate program
