You can apply to the University of Hartford from August 1 before your senior year or as a transfer student the term before you plan to start. University of Hartford accepts early action applications until Nov 15, 2024, which are non-binding, and rolling admissions until programs are full (they fill up fast, so apply soon).

Yes, getting part-time jobs is easy for students while studying at the University of Hartford. International students studying at the University of Hartford are allowed to enrol in part-time jobs. However, international students having valid visa permissions only are allowed to do part-time jobs. Students are allowed to work for 20 hours per week during their regular academic sessions.
