The City Centre Campus of the Helsinki Uni is the largest campus from the four campuses. There are around 17,000 students at this campus. It houses the Faculty of Humanities, Faculty of Theology, the Faculty of Educational Sciences, the Faculty of Social Sciences, etc. City Centre campus is located in the heart of Helsinki.

Helsinki Uni ranking in the world rankings as per Times Higher Education is #105 in 2026. Last year, Helsinki ranked at #107. Some of the subject rankings of this university in THE rankings are #41 for Education Studies, #56 for Arts and Humanities, #66 for Life Sciences

In HelsinkiUNI International Talent Programme, a company starts hosting a group of international students from Helsinki University. The group can consist of students at the Master's level or Doctoral researchers, depending on the interest of the company.
