Yes, you can work while attending the University of Helsinki because Finland enables overseas students to work part-time during their studies. Students from outside the EU/EEA are normally allowed to work up to 30 hours per week, as long as the job is related to their study or incorporates practical training. International applicants at Helsinki Uni are required to pay the tuition fees. The tuition fees is between INR 13 L - INR 18 L.
Cost of Living: One month's rent in student housing will be usually Euros 450 – Euros 800. In addition, students are required to cover their monthly costs for basics such as food, communication and transportation.

Students who applied for University of Helsinki must be humble and should interact with as many people as possible. Mainly beacause, the more people you talk to the better knowledge you get.
Attend as many gathering and parties as much as you can.
Applicants should avoid missing classess, as 70% of learning comes from students going to classes.
Students can get invovlved with extracuricular activities, i.e joing university clubs, sports etc. This will also look good on a portfolio in the longer run.

There is no Application fee for University of Helsink the university eliminated the fee exclusively for Undergraduates. By not having an application fee, the university is creating good options and opportunities for students across the globe to pursue their educational interests and goals without the financial burden on the students.
