Firstly you have to satisfy minimum eligibility criteria that is 55% marks in BSc or qualifying degree and 50 % marks in qualifying exam.
Then cutoff will depend on factors like number of candidates appeared in exam and difficulty level of exam.

You have to clear the entrance exams for getting an admission in UOM and minimum 55-60% in your Bach degree

Mysore university in karnataka is public state University which offers Msc in chemistry through entrance only. Maximum marks in entrance is 50. If you score more than 30, you can get admission. If you score around 25, you may get admission in second allotment

For UG course, Aspirants must be 10+2 passed with at least 60%marks from a recognised school with subjects English Physics Math, and Chemistry Biotechnology and Biology Technical Vocational subject.
