Though the university does not specify any GPA requirements on its official portal, as per data curated from unofficial sources, the minimum GPA needed for admissions at UNE is 3.0.
Prospective candidates must also satisfy some other conditions such as language test score requirements & submit all other documents on time as part of respective applications to have a good chance of being accepted.

No, the University of New England is not a member of the illustrious Go8 institutions. The Go8 institutions are considered the benchmark of quality education & world class learning environment in Australia & is the country's equivalent to the United States' Ivy League.
Despite that, the education stands out for offering a good standard of education at reasonable costs & thus can be considered a good value for studies abroad.
