Yes, the University of Phoenix accepts students based on open enrolment, i.e. the university does not have any set deadlines & students can apply as they wish to at any-time during the year. The institute does not require valid SAT, ACT, GMAT or GMAT scores for admissions to its courses either.

However, English language test scores such as IELTS & TOEFL are considered & students must demonstrate a decent level of verbal & written proficiency.

The University of Phoenix offers a risk-free period programme to eligible students that gives them around three weeks to try out the university experience as part of their first credit based course, free of cost & without any debt.

The institute also refrains from including mandatory arbitration clauses as part of their admission agreements, making the institute a viable option to try out.

The University of Phoenix has an 100% acceptance rate, suggesting it is not selective at all, at granting admissions to students.

Therefore, securing a seat there can be considered relatively easier than doing so at some other institutions.

However, prospective candidates must still perform well in academics as well as entrance exams to have the best chances of admissions, since the institute receives thousands of applications for a few hundred seats.
