Portsmouth Uni UK does offer scholarships for Indian students. One such scholarship is Chancellor's Global Academic Merit scholarship. Students have submit the scholarship application form after submitting the admissions application to get this scholarship. The value of this scholarship is GBP 5,000 (Around INR 6.13 lakh), applied to the first year of study's tuition fees.
