According to the World University ranking of QS 2025, there is a slight reduction in the University of Warwick rankings compared to 2024. The university was ranked at #67 (2024) which is now ranking at #69 in 2025. However, there is a slight variation in the QS Europe category rankings. The university went from #19 to #22. In addition, the university ranked well in categories such as Mathematics; Master in Business Analytics; Performing Arts; Politics; Sociology; and more.

The Guardian is a renowned ranking body popular for providing university and subject-based rankings o UK universities based on factors such as teaching quality, feedback, student-to-staff ratio, cost per student, admission tariff, and career after 15 years along with other factors. Higher rankings are awarded to the university that does well in each category, and vice versa. The University of Warwick has a 75.2 overall ranking and did well in several categories, including international faculty ratio, sustainability, and international research network.

In 2022, the Global Ranking of the University of Warwick was #144, which declined to #163 in 2023 and is now reduced to #172.
