You should get good marks in class 12th. You can apply for a scholarship on the website of universities or you can apply for it on private websites.

You may get a scholarship. It's up to the university and your overall application package. You should also apply early, as soon as the universities announce the admission rounds, you should apply and not wait till the deadline.

You take some coaching and write IELTS exam. You can apply to university with your PUC mark sheet and IELTS mark sheet. You can register on Shiksha itself if you want to study in Canada.

Hi,
Only specific programs require the GRE for admissions. You can check the program specific website for the average score requirements. Overall, your percentages are good enough. You must also submit a strong SOP. LORs need to be outstanding as well.
