University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering is generally considered to be a better engineering college than Aditya Group of Institutions. UVCE is a government-aided autonomous institution with a long history of academic excellence. It is ranked among the top 100 engineering colleges in India by various ranking agencies. Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) has already released their 2023 application form for admission on the official website. The last date to apply was 16 September 2023 for an online admission application form at VTU.

Yes, you can join University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering without JEE Mains as it's admission criteria is:
Candidate must qualify for KCET with at Least 45% aggregate in 10+2 from a recognised board.
So, you don't even need to give JEE, just give KCET and qualify.
