For admission to UVCE Bangalore BTech courses, students can take the KCET exam. The application fees for KCET 2025 is as follows:
- Karnataka (GM, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B): INR 500
- Karnataka (SC, ST, CAT-1): INR 250
- Karnataka (All Female Candidates of Karnataka): INR 250
- Outside Karnataka (GM): INR 750
- Outside India (GM): INR 5,000

Karnataka KCET is accepted at UVCE Bangalore for BTech admissions. For the 2025 session, the exam was conducted on April 16, 2025. The KCET results 2025 were announced on Aug 1, 2025. Students who had appeared for the exam can download their results from the official website of the Karnataka Examinations Authority.

UVCE Bangalore BTech admissions for the recent academic year are ongoing. The KCET counselling process is still ongoing. The counselling body is expected to begin the round of counselling in July/ September.
