No, marks in the UP Board 10th and 12th exams cannot be improved by paying money. The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad warn students and parents about fraudulent individuals who falsely claim they can increase marks for money. These scammers get advantage of students and parents who are desperate for good marks in the exam. Only a good preparation of the exam can help the students secure good marks in the exams.
