Yes, you can easily get admission in Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) to pursue Computer Science engineering (CSE) at this score but you can't get HBTI.

At this score, you can only be made it to apply in those colleges that are totally meant for the degree purposes which only offers degree and nothing else, if you want good private colleges, then you have to pay donation money to get in.
