Doing ITI and doing B.Tech are actually two diverse things in fact greatly diverse things. ITI is employment oriented skill imparting course which is done after 10th and the duration is about 1 year, on the other hand, B.Tech gives you a great deal of knowledge of engineering and it is a four years course to be done after class 12th. So, you can imagine the wide disparities between these two courses. To put it simply these are just not comparable. Hence, which one is better is perhaps a wrong question to ask. It is about your condition, your finances and your requirement to find job at the earliest stage in life that should be the deciding factor whether you should do ITI or B.Tech. If you are able to finance your education after class 10th for about 6 years, then definitely you should go for B.Tech, however if finances are the major constraint, then you should go for ITI which will fetch you job almost immediately after passing out.
