If you don't have UP domicile certificate then don't worry you can give UPSEE 2019 but you have to score under 5K rank to secure a seat in top colleges of AKTU.

You aren't able to get government Colleges, but try in some private colleges like AKGEC-Ghaziabad or ABESEC-Ghaziabad.
