IET Lucknow is much better college than upes Dehradun. Here, you will find best infrastructure, placements as well as academics. IET Lucknow comes under top 100 reputed government colleges if India.

If you are getting IET or KNIT, then don't go for Jabalpur, if you can't get any of them, then you can think for Jabalpur Engineering College.

There are many good government and private colleges under UPTU ie.
1. IET Lucknow (government)
2. BIET Jhansi (Government)
3. KNIT Sultanpur (Government)
4. JSS Academy of Technical Education Noida (private). It's hard to write all. Please go through this link:

No, you can't get admission on the basis of UPSEE scorecard. You have to take admission on the basis of JEE Mains scorecard. HBTU is no longer apart of UPTU since 2017.

HBTU is now taking admission on the basis of JEE Mains score card, it is not a part of UPTU from 2017.

Yes, HBTI is no longer a part of UPTU since 2017 and it is taking admission on the basis of Jermaine scorecard.

HBTI-Kanpur is no longer a part of UPTU since 2017. Now, it has become a university. If you want to get admission in HBTU, you need to clear JEE Mains with a descent rank to get admission in descent branch.

Getting IET at this rank is not possible as your rank is too high. For that, I'll prefer you to opt any other govt college or if you want IET only then you can wait till the spot round of the counselling.
