There is only one government college for B.Pharma through UPSEE i.e. UPUMS, Etawah. So you will not get it.
You can try some universities like CSJM, MJPRU, VBSPU, and DBRAU.

If you are getting any top-reputed college through UPSEE, then go for it as you already have a good rank.
Don't waste one year for CAT and MAT. That would be a risk if you do not score well.

You can try for the counseling. Also, you can visit the campus and produce your marks over there then there is a change. Because your rank is not too low.
