You won't get great MNCs. Mostly, local companies are there, and that too a job fair is organized. There is no such official placement happening in here. Companies like SBI CREDIT CARD, Vodafone, Haldiram, etc., are available there, and they even don't offer a decent package. Expect around 10-13K per month if you are lucky enough to get selected by any of the companies.

For lateral entry, you need to have a Diploma degree in preferred field with minimum aggregate of 60%.

No, you cannot get admission in CIPET Lucknow as your rank is not so good and this is a good college of UPTU.

If you choose the float option, seat will remain and alongside a new seat will be allotted to you.

Yes, you can attend 2nd round of counselling. Register yourself as per the schedule given by UPSEE.

Your chances are less but try till the last round. It would be better if you go for a good private engineering college with your rank.
