If you choose fee waiver option then you upload income certificate other wise no use of it. Option fee waiver uses carefully because lot of student use this option and they have no income certificate.

If you have your domicile certificate of Uttar Pradesh, then OBC rank would be considered.

I don't know for which college you are asking about but I am sure that most of the best colleges will not allow you to sit in the college for 46% in the Science stream.

It is not a good rank for a good government college, but you can get fee waiver seats in good private colleges and also in Rajkiya Colleges. Do your choice filling very carefully.

You should go for JSS and KIET, Ghaziabad. These are good colleges with good placement record.
