I appeared in UPSEE exam in 2018 and scored 3292 (GN Rank) and 1467 (GL Rank), will I be able to get a good college?

My GNOP rank is 1358, GNGL is 174, BCOP is 654, BCGL is 74 in UPSEE LEET exam. Can I get ECE branch in IET, Lucknow college?

No, there is no chance for government. College. You may try private college.

Sorry to say, but you cannot get CSE in NIET. As your score is not so good, you will not get CSE. If you want to choose another branch, then it might be possible to get admission.
