You won't get great MNCs. Mostly, local companies are there, and that too a job fair is organized. There is no such official placement happening in here. Companies like SBI CREDIT CARD, Vodafone, Haldiram, etc., are available there, and they even don't offer a decent package. Expect around 10-13K per month if you are lucky enough to get selected by any of the companies.

No, you cannot get admission in CIPET Lucknow as your rank is not so good and this is a good college of UPTU.
