Do B.Tech beacause you won't get the best campus in DU. Consider taking decent government or private colleges through your UPSEE rank.

You can get some of the low-ranked government colleges. Else, you can try for some top private institutions in the state. Do your counselling wisely and get your desired college.

See there are a few State Government Colleges in Uttar Pradesh (UP) but you can try in:
Harcourt Butler Technical Institute (HBTI - Kanpur), Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow, Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow
