Yes, you can get a government college but I don't think you will get a royal branch like mechanical or civil.

There are only 60% chances that you will get a government college at this rank.

I think you must get into ITS Ghaziabad but try for KIET too. Good luck for counselling.

You stand a good chance to get better government college such as HBTI and IET though you may only get some branches. I would suggest you to go for it.

Yes, you will get admission pretty easily in JSS, ECE branch.
Don't worry, just sit in counselling and even try for better colleges.

There are more than 150 colleges under UPSEE. I can't give you details of every college but the fees in round figure for private colleges is around 1.2 lacs +60k hostel charges and in government colleges, the fees will be around 50k and the hostel fees will be under 1k. Kindly follow the followin

With general rank of 1 lakh in JEE you won't get any college through JOSSA. With 5000 in MMM your chances are slim though you can get some decent private colleges with 15k rank in UPSEE. I would suggest you to explore the best colleges for you and enroll in any of them.
