If you want to go for counseling in UPSEE then at the time of seat locking you can see the list of college offering this branch and you can lock it.

Hello Sudhanshu,
From this year, HBTI is taking admission via JEE Mains, so we are also not aware of the exact cutoff, however, since it is a Govt. college the cutoff must be high so you need to score well in JEE Mains to get admission there.

No, IITs and NITs don't accept UPSEE, but you should go for. LPU or Amity. They accept UPSEE scores.
